Welcome to TagLabs. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TagLabs. TagLabs operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). TagLabs is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Section 1 – Access and account
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.
You may be required to provide information such as your email address, billing data, and shipping details. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Custom-made products, including NFC tags and 3D-printed items, may have natural variations.
We do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, or availability and to discontinue products at any time.

Section 3 – Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. TagLabs may accept or decline any order at its discretion.
Your order is accepted once payment is processed and you receive confirmation.
Custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.
All orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

Section 4 – Prices and billing
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice.
Prices shown at checkout do not include taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges unless explicitly stated.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.

Section 5 – Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you when the order is handed to the carrier.

Section 6 – Intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and content provided through the Services are owned by TagLabs or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Our trademarks and branding may not be used without authorization.

Section 7 – Optional tools
We may provide access to third-party tools. We do not control or endorse such tools.
These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk.
New tools or features may be introduced and will also be subject to these Terms.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or assume responsibility for third-party content.
We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from your use of third-party websites or products.
Review third-party terms before engaging with them.

Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify
TagLabs is powered by Shopify. However, Shopify is not responsible for sales, refunds, or product issues between you and TagLabs.
By using the Services, you release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with TagLabs.

Section 10 – Privacy policy
Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
Shopify may receive and process your data, including transfers to countries outside your residence.
By using the Services, you acknowledge you have reviewed these policies.

Section 11 – Feedback
Any feedback, ideas, reviews, or suggestions you submit may be used by TagLabs without obligation or compensation.
You represent that your feedback does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We may remove feedback that violates these Terms.

Section 12 – Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Information on the Services may contain errors or omissions.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if any detail is inaccurate.

Section 13 – Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TagLabs, Shopify, and their affiliates against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of laws, or use of the Services.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

Section 19 – Waiver and entire agreement
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
These Terms and our policies constitute the entire agreement between you and TagLabs.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.

Section 21 – Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
You submit to the jurisdiction of Belgian courts for any disputes.
