Shipping policy

Section 1 – Order processing
All TagLabs products are made to order. Production typically takes 1–3 business days, but may vary depending on order volume and product type.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Section 2 – Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, shipping method, and order weight.
Any additional fees such as customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Section 3 – Shipping times
Shipping times provided during checkout are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, location, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Section 4 – Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include a tracking number (if applicable). Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Section 5 – Delivery issues
TagLabs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot replace or refund orders that are marked as delivered.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Section 6 – Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the damage.
Once confirmed, we will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund.
If your order is lost in transit (not marked as delivered and no updates for an extended period), we will investigate with the carrier and may issue a replacement.

Section 7 – International shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
TagLabs is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or import regulations.

Section 8 – Order changes and cancellations
Because our products are custom-made, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. If you need to modify your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Section 9 – Pre-orders and lead times
If an item is offered as a pre-order, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page. These dates are estimates and may change. You will be notified if significant delays occur.
