Refund policy

At TagLabs, all products are custom-made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@taglabs.store with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or video showing the damage or defect

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom NFC tags

  • Custom 3D-printed items

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Any made-to-order products

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), custom-made goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if production has not yet started.
Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@taglabs.store.
